The Future of Transport workshop cards examine 50 issues shaping the future of transport in Australia and New Zealand.
By 2061, almost 75% of Australia’s population will live in state capital cities. Urbanisation is increasing pressure on transport infrastructure, as well as schools, hospitals and housing. From a sharing economy to decarbonisation, the cards examine emerging issues and their impact on transport.
The Future of Transport cards are designed to facilitate discussion and decision-making on Australia and New Zealand’s transport infrastructure and planning.
The 50 cards are organised according to the STEEP framework: Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental or Political. Each card examines a key issue with a title, short description and an illustration.
